AVAILABLE DIP TUBE CUT STYLES:

45-degree angle cut: Ideal for thick liquids that require efficient bottom suction. Reduces air bubbles and ensures stable dispensing performance.

V-cut: Perfect for thin liquids that require precise dosing. Prevents backflow and dripping after dispensing.
HOW TO MEASURE FBOG (FROM BASE OF GASKET):
To ensure accurate trimming, please provide the FBOG measurement. Here’s how:

Measure from the bottom of the rubber gasket on the pump/sprayer to the tip of the dip tube.

Ensure the tube reaches the bottom of the bottle (our 45° cutting tool requires a slight length allowance).

Tip: Use a technical drawing for the most accurate measurement!
Note: FBOG should include the bottle neck height to ensure optimal pumping/spraying performance.
